She mentioned Kate Moss and Gisele Bündchen as being “just sexy and perfect.” Aniston also talked about the infamous Rachel haircut that she made popular during her time on Friends.
When I was younger, I admired Valerie Bertinelli’s hair. The former Friends star also shared that her most beautiful moments are not when she’s all glammed up on the red carpet! “I feel beautiful when I wake up with my sweetheart. When I leave a photo shoot, because somehow miracles have been worked,” Aniston revealed. “When I come home from a night out with my honey and my makeup’s a little smudged. I have many moments when I feel beautiful. It’s all about having that inner confidence.”
She expressed her love for a beautiful scar, finding them to be sexy. While true beauty comes from within, Aniston openly admitted that being active is just one aspect of her healthy lifestyle. She stated that she enjoys a stay-fit food like kale salad and praised Justin Theroux for making a delicious version with poached eggs and quinoa. However, one thing that Aniston could do without is references to her infamous Rachel haircut.
I didn’t really like the Rachel hairstyle. It just wasn’t my thing and felt a bit awkward on me. Looking back, even during that time, I couldn’t style it myself. I needed my hairstylist, Chris, to help me out by attaching it to my hip. When left to my own devices, I’m not skilled with a hairbrush and blow dryer.
